Delivery

Delivering indoor furniture to homes is a specialized operation. Why go to great lengths of sourcing the finest products from around the world to have a courier throw it around in the back of the vehicle along with every other product in there!

DELIVERY OF DINING SETS: 

Delivery of your dining set will be either by our own vehicle or a dedicated 2 - man delivery service. Your dining set will be delivered to a room of your choice.

Delivery time will be 2-3 weeks.  We may be able to deliver sooner if needed.  Please call 01245 362704 for further information.

Within one week of placing the order, you will receive a telephone call to book in your furniture on a specific day, within a specific time slot. Because of the sheer quality, size and weight of some of the solid oak furniture, assistance may be required by the driver in the safe delivery of your goods to your door. This will be discussed when you receive the call.

For this reason it is paramount that you forward a telephone number at the time of purchase, this will only hold up delivery if no number is left.

All of our drivers will assist you in getting the furniture to your required room destination - we will not leave you stranded at your doorstep! At present we are able to deliver the furniture to any UK mainland destination as far north as Edinburgh and Glasgow.

We are able to arrange delivery further north of Glasgow or Edinburgh, please call or email us before hand so we are able to give you a confirmed price before you buy. At this stage we are not able to offer this delivery service to Ireland, Northern Ireland and any isle surrounding the UK.

DELIVERY OF OAK BEDS:

Delivery time will be approximately 3 working days.  We may be able to deliver sooner if needed.  Please call 01245 362704 for further information.

All of the furniture is despatched direct from our own warehouse, where it is individually checked for quality prior to leaving.

Your Oak bed  will be either delivered by our own vehicle or securely wrapped on apallet for maximum protection. You will receive a call beforehand to advise you of the dy within the 3 days.

The cost of delivery is included in the price, however deliveries to Northern and Southern Ireland, The Channel Isles and Scottish Offshore will incur a delivery surcharge please contact us direct for quotes.  Some parts of Scotland, AB, IV and remote areas will also incur a small delivery surcharge.
